These are the only domains operated by Arkstons Group and its affiliates.

Any other website or domain — including lookalike or misspelled variations, added or removed letters, additional hyphens or dots, alternative domain extensions (such as .net, .org, .info, .biz, .io, .group, .llc or any country extension), subdomains registered by third parties, and any domain incorporating "Arkstons", "Oakcapita", "Midmergers", "Oakcapitax" or "Arkluxia" in any form — is not authorised by us and is never authorised by us. No such domain has any connection with, licence from, or authority to act for Arkstons Group or any of its affiliated entities. Do not rely on, respond to, contract with or send funds to any such domain unless its authenticity has been expressly confirmed by us in writing through one of the official domains listed above.

This also applies to any website or domain using generic, descriptive or industry terms — such as "advisory", "capital", "ventures", "partners", "group", "investments", "holdings", "M&A" or "research" — whether alone or combined with our names. We have no connection with any such website, and we communicate only through the domains listed on this page.

Our people write only from addresses in the form name@ one of the domains listed above.

We never use generic or third-party mail services (such as Gmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo, Hotmail, Proton or similar) or any other domain for business correspondence. Messages from such addresses do not come from Arkstons Group, even if they carry our name, logo, signature block or office address.

Any third party presenting these addresses as their own place of business, registering a company or trading from them using, in conjunction with our own brand name, marks, registration number or corporate identity, is unauthorised and wholly unconnected with Arkstons Group. We have no association with, and accept no responsibility for, any person or entity doing so.

We never request payments, deposits, advance fees or transfers through unofficial domains, personal bank accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or messaging applications. Payment instructions are issued only on an Arkstons invoice from one of our official email domains and, if you have any doubt, should be confirmed by contacting us on the details published on our official websites before any funds are sent.

If you receive a suspicious communication claiming to be from Arkstons, please do not reply, click any links or send any funds. Forward it to contact@arkstons.co.uk including the full sender address and, where possible, the original message headers. You can also reach us on +44 7588876483.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkstons Group and its affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees and agents accept no responsibility or liability of any kind — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, statute or otherwise — for any website, domain, email, invoice, payment instruction, document, contract, social media account, messaging profile, advertisement or other communication originating from, or purporting to originate from, any unofficial or unauthorised source, and we do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from it. This exclusion covers all direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and punitive loss, including loss of funds, deposits, fees, profits, business, opportunity, data or goodwill, however caused, and applies whether or not we have been notified of the impersonation or of the possibility of such loss.

No act, omission, delay or failure by us to identify, report, pursue or take action against any impersonation creates any duty of care, assumption of responsibility or liability on our part. Any dealings you enter into with an unauthorised party are entirely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of any communication through the official domains and contact details published on this page before responding, contracting or transferring any funds.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded. Arkstons Group reserves all rights and remedies in respect of the misuse of its names, marks, domains, addresses and corporate identity.

Arkstons Group comprises a number of independently constituted legal entities operating across multiple jurisdictions:

These are separate legal entities and are collectively referred to as the Arkstons Group for branding and business purposes. The Group operates through a number of recognised online domains, including arkstons.co.uk, arkstons.com, arkstons.vc and oakcapita.com. Because these entities operate collectively as the Arkstons Group, you may receive genuine communications relating to any Group entity, service, investment activity or business function from any of our official domains or websites — but never from any third-party domain.

Any communication claiming to represent Arkstons Group or any of its affiliated entities that originates from a domain other than these recognised Group domains should be independently verified before any reliance is placed upon it. The use of the Arkstons name, branding, employee identity or other Group information by an unrelated third party does not constitute an authorised communication, and recipients should exercise particular caution before making payments, providing confidential information, signing documents or taking investment or other financial action in response to an unverified communication.
